High priority requests: 24×7
Medium and Low priority requests: Working hours only.
NOTE: The priority of a support request is decided by our support personnel. If you raise a high priority request for something that can wait until the next working day then please don’t expect a response out of hours. High priority requests cover issues such as website down, can’t process orders etc.
