Anything that we delivered that does not function as expected we will assist in resolving.
What is included:
- Anything listed and provided as part of the sale that is not working.
- Site inaccessible
- Server issues.
What is not included in the free support:
- 3rd party plugins you added to the site.
- Additional configuration of the site which alters what was delivered. i.e. you add custom tax setup that was not part of the sale.
